Are you ready to make a significant impact? Acura of Los Angeles Westside is seeking exceptional individuals to join our team as BDC Representatives. As a BDC Representative, you play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have a superb experience right from the start. You'll be the primary point of contact for our Sales Department guests, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to engage and assist them effectively.

Responsibilities :

At Acura of Los Angeles Westside, your role as a BDC Representative is diverse and crucial. Here's what you'll be doing :

Communicating promptly and effectively with Sales guests via phone, text, chat, or email, catering to their preferred method of communication.

Responding promptly to guest and team inquiries, ensuring no query goes unanswered.

Conducting outbound follow-up calls to enhance Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and ensure no guest feels overlooked.

Proactively reaching out to 'no-shows' to reschedule missed appointments, maximizing every opportunity.

Scheduling prospective customers for test drive opportunities, facilitating their journey seamlessly.

Contributing to maintaining a positive work environment and fostering continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications :

We're seeking dedicated team players with outstanding communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Here's what you'll need :

Full-time availability and a minimum age of 18.

A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.

Fluency in both English and Spanish preferred.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with staff and guests.

Comfort working in-person with guests as well as handling communication via phone calls, emails, text messages, and online chat platforms.

Excellent organizational and follow-up skills, essential for managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to adapt and apply instructions effectively.

Professional appearance and a strong work ethic.
