Our organization is looking for a dependable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Warehouse Manager. The ideal candidate will be able to strategically plan and organize the operations of our warehouse, ensure that inventory levels are sufficient and work with staff members to ensure proper set-up and execution of tasks. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, are highly organized and are comfortable creating new systems and polices to ensure operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities:
- Implement new or improved work processes.
- Work with team members to ensure that workload is distributed evenly.
- Train other personnel when necessary
- Manage staff to ensure that job duties are performed correctly.
- Communicate with team members and management.
- Perform inventory management; develop schedules, and requisition materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Manage facilities maintenance staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
