Standard Printing Company is seeking a driven and motivated person to join our dynamic sales team and contribute to revenue growth and scaling the company. This role reports directly to the VP of Sales and a strong desire to learn and succeed is essential.
Responsibilities
- Gain a thorough understanding of Standard Printing’s capabilities and workflows.
- Support and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify further opportunities.
- Provide outstanding customer service and follow-up to enhance client retention.
- Manage client correspondence.
- Work with Customer Service to handle customer inquiries and issues.
- Assist in identifying new opportunities that align with current capabilities, when necessary.
