Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Machine Operator will be responsible for the set-up, operation, and maintenance of various production equipment, that could include tablet presses, encapsulation machines, soft-gel processing equipment, granulation equipment, and other raw material processing machinery. The operator will ensure accurate production, while following established processes and adhering to safety, quality, and manufacturing standards. The role includes troubleshooting, performing quality control checks, maintaining documentation, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
Essential Functions:
Equipment Operation and Maintenance.
- Quality Control and Documentation.

- Communication and Reporting.
Shifts:
- 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 12-hour shift & weekends
Location:
- Palmyra, WI
Pay:
- $22.63 - $24.89/hr corresponding shift premiums
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a food processing, pharmaceutical, or similar industry.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Experience as a machine operator is preferred.
- Familiarity with basic mechanical systems and operating machinery is an asset.
Work Environment:
- The position is based in a production environment that is temperature controlled. Physical labor, attention to detail, and safety adherence are key to successful performance. The role requires wearing PPE and working with industrial equipment and materials in compliance with safety and quality standards.
