Job Summary
Under the direction of the Talent Manager, the Training Coordinator will provide support in the areas of onboarding, training, and the development and continuous improvement of related processes, policies, and procedures. This position will serve as the primary administrator in the Learning Management System. The individual must thrive in a fast-paced environment, have the ability to identify gaps and recommend methods of improvement, and anticipate the needs of the business.
What you will do in this role:
- Organize and facilitate New Employee Orientation for onsite, offsite and remote employees
- Assist with developing, administering, and optimizing new hire and onboarding processes and procedures
- Answer routine employee questions regarding onboarding, course enrollment, and training needs.
- Serve as the primary administrator for online learning platforms and learning management systems (LMS) like Adobe Learning Manager
- Contribute to the development, creation, and automation of new and existing learning plans, learning paths, job aids, and reference materials
- Test, troubleshoot, and launch new courses and learning materials
- Stay up to date on regulations from entities like FDA, OSHA, etc. to ensure companywide training compliance in all applicable states
- Collect and organize feedback utilizing surveys, assessments, and other available data
- Conduct audits in the LMS to ensure course completion
- Pull data and reports from our HR system (UKG) as needed to assist with talent analysis
- Assist in building, data entry, and maintenance of talent and performance related systems including Adobe Learning Manager and UKG
- Partner with Recruiters to provide assistance with recruiting when needed
- Support other special HR team projects as necessary
Other considerations include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Human Resources related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience
- Experience with Adobe Learning Manager (LMS) (preferred)
- Experience with Articulate Rise (preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with confidential information
- Ability to think critically and problem solve
- Demonstrated professionalism
