Part Time
$16-$18 per hour DOE
Job responsibilities:
· Manage all branch related financial transactions including purchases, sales, expenses, receipts, and payments.
· Daily balancing of cash register tills
· Monitoring “change bank” balance
· Accounting of cash and credit card receipts from previous day(s)
· Creating daily bank deposits
o Running bank deposits daily
· Submit daily paperwork via online reporting packet
· Occasional re-billing of incorrect invoices
· Occasional collections of payment from customer
· Processing pre-payments of credit cards for delivery orders
Computer literacy preferred
Own transportation required
Previous accounting experience/knowledge preferred
