What You’ll Do:
- Respond to emergency situations and perform mitigation services for properties damaged by fire, water, and mold.
- Perform tasks such as structural drying, water extraction, demolition (sheetrock removal, carpet pulling), and debris hauling.
- Maintain detailed drying logbooks and set up/monitor equipment for restoration projects.
- Work a rotating on-call schedule (including nights and weekends) to ensure 24/7 availability for emergency services.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Mitigation/restoration work experience
- Skills: Ability to handle water damage and fire cleaning tasks with precision, follow work orders efficiently, and ensure high-quality results.
- Communication: Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Flexibility: Willingness to work a varied schedule, including after-hours and weekends as needed.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and work in physically demanding environments.
- Certifications: IICRC Certification is a plus, but not required.
- License: A valid driver’s license with a clean record is required.
