JOB TITLE: Sales Execution Coordinator
SUMMARY: Manage programs to increase retail account sales volume, market share and distribution. Present and manage supplier sales programs to the sales team. Track and post progress toward the targeted sales and execution goals. Serve as the Mobility Champion and Tech Sales expert for the sales team.
JOB DUTIES:
· Mobility Champion - Training Sales Reps and Team Leaders on Mobility and providing support as the Mobility expert.
· Supplier Plan Management- Work with sales management to develop, implement and track results of supplier business plans
· ACTIV8 and Bingo Sheets- ACTIV8 expert and trainer for sales team to track objectives and results
· Point Sheet Development- Work with sales team to develop effective point sheets in Mobility. Track and present progress to goals and rollup results at end of month
· GAAP- Support sales team and suppliers to develop an effective Gap Analysis and Action Plan. Track progress to goals and present results
· AOE- Manage account segmentation and validate Class of Trade in VIP. Ride with sales reps as required by supplier standards
· Anheuser-Busch SRI- Coordinate with A-B Route to Market Team and execute the Sales Rep Incentive program. Cascade targets to the sales team and report progress daily. Complete monthly rollups and submit payouts to Anheuser-Busch
· Professionally communicate and present sales programs to sales managers and sales team using effective support materials and data
· Ability to effectively communicate and work with other team members
· Attend sales and branch meetings as required
· Participate in evening and weekend promotions as necessary
· Execute company and brewer partner assigned surveys
· Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
· Direct experience in wholesale beer distribution and/or brewer/supplier operations
· Good communication skills and ability to partner and collaborate effectively with others
· Time management skills
· Knowledge of iPad/Computer applications and operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· College Degree, or equivalent industry experience
· Must be at least 21 years of age
· Strong computer skills required including advanced knowledge of Microsoft office applications, (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); proficiency with Softeon application and BudNet related applications
· Excellent analytical skills, including ability to utilize and integrate data from various sources, accurately interpret data and appropriately apply findings to business issues
· Ability to manage multiple projects with great attention to detail
· General understanding of sales and pricing strategies
· Presentation skills- ability to lead meetings and communicate programs with all levels of the organization, suppliers and other divisions
· Influencing skills- ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization as well as other divisions
· Effective verbal and written communication skills; organizational skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICTIONS:
· One (1) year of selling or merchandising experience
· Field and retail sales experience in the beverage industry or other consumer product industries
· A team player with a readiness to communicate often and effectively
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple projects
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Ability to move products weighing up to 165 pounds
· Hang merchandise as needed
· Repetitive lifting, up to 50 pounds overhead
· Bending, pulling/pushing up to 340 pounds on a two-wheeler
· Ability to continuously stand or walk
· Ability to bend and occasionally squat
· Occasional carrying and reaching
