Job Summary
Directly reporting to the Tax Manager, the Senior Tax Analyst will work with our dynamic team in providing support in areas
of income taxes for the organization and its subsidiaries and serving as a bridge between accounting and tax teams , helping
to manage tax risks and keeping the company compliant with federal, state and local tax regulations. The right person will
bring their tax experience, top‐notch communication and collaboration skills to work with a complex and ever‐evolving
group of organizations to ensure compliance and effective application of tax rules. This role is expected to evolve with the
growth of the company as more expansion is projected in the short to mid‐term. The successful candidate will be one who
takes interest in and ownership of the federal, state and local tax compliance, manages the relationship with external tax
and legal consultants, has a willingness to learn and do whatever is necessary to get the job done in an accurate and timely
manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing and tracking income tax payments from quarterly installment estimates, extensions and annual tax returns
- for various partnership funds
- Managing the fiscal and investor tax compliance calendar. Coordinating the income tax compliance calendar with the
- external service provider.
- Managing communications from federal and state tax authorities. Tracking, documenting and responding to federal
- and state tax notices for income taxes.
- Coordinating annual nexus reviews for income tax.
- Willing to read and understand Flow of Funds and other legal documents.
- Building relationships with colleagues in Accounting, Structured Finance, FP&A, Asset Management, to understand business financial performance, transactions executed and any other significant operating activity within the company and the funds under management.
- Other duties as may be required or requested.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- CPA preferred but related industry experience acceptable (preferred 3‐5 years income tax experience).
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate tax concepts to those without tax expertise.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a dynamic organizational structure.
- Ability to steer and coordinate multiple operations while delivering high quality results.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes.
- Skillful in developing and building successful internal and external relationships.
- Strong technological aptitude to learn and leverage technological solutions for communication, analysis, and efficient workflows. Excel experience required.

Qualifications
Salary : $95,000 - $105,000
