About the Role
Minimum Years of Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years’ experience in HVAC industry
Willing to Relocate Travel Locally
General Description:
The Branch Manager Trainee is an entry level position designed to teach you everything about Branch Operations from the ground up. You will learn everything from the warehouse role to the counter sales to the tangible aspects of running a branch.
What You Will Do:
- Build relationships to help drive revenue
- All aspects of inventory control
- Accounting processes for branch
- Branch clerical duties
- Safety and Compliance procedures
- Warehouse duties
- Counter Sales duties
All candidates must possess the following skills/abilities
- Customer Service experience
- Driving record clear of any major or repeated infractions
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to load/unload truck at time of delivery
- Ability to sit for 20 minutes at a time
- Ability to push, pull at least 20 pounds
- Ability to climb up and down ladders
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, kneel, lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to handle large odd-shaped items and stock items in overhead areas
