POSITION TITLE
Order Processing Admin
POSITION OVERVIEW
Bartos Industries is recruiting a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual to process orders in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Manage shared Order Entry inbox with a small team of three.
- Receive and enter orders that come into the shared inbox.
- Process credit cards on orders being placed, if applicable.
- Send Project Data Sheet’s on orders over threshold amount following entry into system.
- Enter tax status and payment terms for every job.
- Process all acknowledgements.
- Email vendors regarding discrepancies related to acknowledgements, or clarification on an original PO/order.
- Utilize excel spreadsheet of customer information and update release notes for every customer daily.
- Other duties or special projects based on business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Two plus years of experience in a data entry type position required.
- Ability to type a minimum of 45 WPM with 90% accuracy. (Assessment will be provided)
- Solid time-management, self-motivated, detail oriented with an innate sense of urgency are all must haves.
- Proficient in MS Outlook (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn new systems.
