Sectional Warper Creeler Role

The Sectional Warper Creeler operates a creel, a machine used for winding yarn or other materials onto spools or bobbins for industrial weaving. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and set up the creeling machine with yarn.
• Inspect and maintain creeled yarns.
• Calibrate and adjust creeling machinery.
• Ensure the quality of creeled yarns.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Prior creeling experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to read and comprehend specifications sheets.
• Capable of light carrying, lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 20 lbs.
• Comfortable with climbing, balancing, stooping, and reaching.
• Skilled in handling yarn by twisting, tying, and pulling.
• Excellent vision, including depth perception, near and far acuity, and field of vision.
