We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to join our team! If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys supporting busy professionals, this role might be perfect for you.
You will be working closely with our CEO on a variety of tasks and must be able to work with minimal supervision. Attendance at after-hours events will be required.
Position is full-time PLUS benefits. Salary DOE.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to anticipate needs and act proactively
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and general office software
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or similar role is a plus
- Must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Marketing or 5 years in Marketing role
- Strong negotiation skills
