Job Description:
Responsible for directing and coordinating daily crew operations in a safe and efficient manner. Properly completes all associated paperwork. Must be very open minded, forward thinking person to assist in identifying, developing, and implementing efficient processes. Must be very organized, must be able to plan, develop, and track processes, personnel, and equipment in an efficient orderly fashion.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be computer literate. Will be required to utilize computer software. Requires basic skills in math. Must be able to fluently read, write, speak and comprehend English. Requires high level of attention to detail. Must have mechanical aptitude. Must follow all safe work practices. Required to have a valid Driver License.
Preferred Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Additional formal or occupational education focused on electrical services and construction is helpful.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand for long periods of time on varied surfaces. Must be able to move freely, including ability to stoop, crawl, and bend at the knees and waist. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds unassisted. Must have the ability to read meters, diagnostic equipment, and construction type drawings. Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing. May be required to work long and unpredictable hours. Position requires working outdoors in all types of weather.
