Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting narrative commercial real estate appraisal reports
- Conduct market research and analyze leases, operating expenses, and property data
- Source and evaluate comparable sales and lease information
- Participate in on-site property inspections (including occasional out-of-state travel)
- A collaborative, high-touch approach to client service
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Real estate experience
- Strong writing and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Self-motivated and organized — able to manage your own schedule
- Prior experience in real estate or finance is a plus, but not required
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career in real estate valuation
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary split-fee structure
- Earning potential: $65,000 annually
