This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Internal Communications located in Scottsdale, AZ, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Director will be responsible for developing and implementing internal communication strategies, managing HR policies, enhancing employee relations, overseeing employee benefits programs, and optimizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies expertise
- Experience in Employee Relations and managing Employee Benefits
- Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in the aviation industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field
