Machine Operator-Night Shift

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to ensure efficient production processes. This is a vital role in our organization, and we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and has a strong work ethic. On-site training!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Night Shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Berea, OH 44017: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Machine Operator – DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Learns to independently run machines according to specifications

· Operates multiple machines at once, including centerless grind machines, robotic machines, milling machines, and deburring stations to produce parts or products

· Manages and maintains the robotic functions

· Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning

· Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines

· Inspect finished products for quality assurance

· Understands and learns how to read gauging of the products from the machines

· Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

· Mechanical knowledge and aptitude

· Experience with tooling and machining processes

· Ability to handle materials and operate machinery safely

· Proficiency in basic math skills for measurements and calculations

· Ready to learn a new trade

EDUCATION:

· High school diploma or GED equivalent

· Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred
