We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer to join our team at Standex Engineering Technologies Group (ETG). This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met across all manufacturing processes.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining AS9100D and ISO9001:2015 Quality Management Systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience working with cross-functional teams and prioritizing tasks effectively is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and single-point lessons.
- Collaborate with Quality Manager and Operations Manager to develop and implement controls and improvements.
- Analyze quality trends and performance data, and provide regular reports to the Quality Manager.
- Work closely with engineering and quality teams to develop required procedures and inspection data sheets.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining AS9100D and ISO9001:2015 Quality Management Systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize existing and emergent demands to meet company requirements.
