Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative/Account Manager plays a vital role in facilitating an exceptional customer experience. They communicate effectively with customers, enter orders, and perform various tasks to support Sales, Production, and Shipping operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Sales team by maintaining accounts and developing strong customer relationships.
- Develop internal working relationships to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate responses to customer expectations.
- Communicate order status, estimates, quotations, order changes, and confirmations with customers.
- Resolve product/service problems by clarifying complaints, explaining solutions, expediting corrections, and following up on resolutions.
