What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lifeguard position at StandGuard Aquatics Inc?
LifeGuard - Minimum eligibility for a LifeGuard is 15 years of age. All lifeguards MUST have Red Cross Lifeguard certification.
Lifeguard responsibilities include providing professional and courteous service to every guest, ensuring safety of all patrons by preventing and responding to emergencies, and promote order through administrative duties and facility upkeep. Enforce policies, rules, and regulations of all pool areas to maintain our patrons’ wellbeing and comfort.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Ensure the safety of all the guests in the facility.
2.Advise guest and enforce all facility rules.
3.Conduct periodic patrols of the locker room area, eating area, and around the park ensure everyone is ok.
4.Clean restrooms, locker rooms, eating area, and pool deck, chairs and other cleaning duties as needed.
5.Maintain the lifeguard equipment by keeping it neat, organized, and in working condition for daily operations.
6.*Holidays are mandatory as this position is seasonal. These holidays include: Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.
