What are the responsibilities and job description for the Swim Instructor position at StandGuard Aquatics Inc?
Swim Instructor – Swim Instructors are expected to provide instruction in our “Learn to Swim” programs offered through the American Red Cross.
All Swim Instructors must be willing to get WSI certification for employment. Swim Instructors will be assigned lessons for each session.
Workloads during each session will depend on experience and past performance teaching lessons.
All Swim Instructors MUST be Red Cross WSI certified and American Red Cross lifeguard certified. (varies by location)
Job duties include but are not limited to:
1.Have a lesson plan ready to go.
2.Take attendance every day
3.Have your teaching area set up before class and pick up all your teaching tools after the class.
4.Always have feedback for each parent on the progress of their child.
5.Clean up deck once done and maintain all toys.
