Position Profile: The Standley Systems Document Service Specialist will be on a special assignment at a client location. This Document Service Specialist will help build, process, and complete scanning projects in a timely and professional manner. The employee selected may be around sensitive materials at times that some may find disturbing. Standleys will provide proper training for employee’s working on these assignments. This position will assist with some training and report to the Document Services Manager.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the prepping of files for scanning
- Maintain organization and privacy of file contents
- Meet accuracy and goal requirements
- Responsible for tracking completion of projects
- Responsible for operation of scanning equipment
- Troubleshoot minor scanning issues
- Must be able to work well in a team environment
- Provide outstanding support by meeting customer’s needs in a courteous and timely manner

Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Computer Skills:
- Basic computer skills are a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and or move 25-50 lbs. daily
- HS Diploma
- Other Skills and Abilities
- Must be able to pass drug and alcohol screen. Standley Systems has federal contracts that require compliance with the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988, therefore medical marijuana license-holders who test positive for marijuana will not be qualified for the position.
