Position Profile: The Standley Systems Imaging Implementation Manager will be responsible for providing leadership, developing a professional implementation team, managing the day-to-day activities, manage to scope completion, and monitoring performance goals to achieve the overall goal of increasing productivity and client satisfaction. This position will report to the Director of Operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned as the role develops
- Manage the day-to-day responsibilities of the project, install & connectivity teams
- Work to ensure imaging implementation team is operating at the highest level of professionalism, providing 100% turnkey installs, and making customer service a top priority
- Ensure Standleys proven process is being followed
- Implement all transactions as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Deliver 1-7 machine in stock orders within 8 business days of client signing paperwork
- Support Managed Services contracts to insure we are implementing within 30 days from signing
- Provide outstanding client and co-worker support by meeting needs in a courteous and timely manner
- Plan and execute quarterly development plans for all employees, ensure they know the product they are implementing
- Excellent communication and planning
- Work with teams to efficiently schedule delivery routes for timeliness and efficiency
- Meet regularly with warehouse/purchasing manager & professional service manager to stay in sync
- Ensure traction process is being followed including regular L10’s, quarterly conversations, rocks, issues, etc.
- Look forward and ensure any install backlogs are worked through
- Create and insure all KPI’s and targets are being met throughout the team & support the continuous improvement efforts
- Create and ensure all logistics and install standards are being met
- Manage DOT compliance in accordance with Federal Laws
- Manage vehicle fleet, working with our Fleet Management company to comply with our company vehicle policies
- Manage MPS projects to ensure our customers are receiving an exceptional experience
- Manage to the monthly imaging target revenue each month
- Work with sales leadership to ensure priority is being given to install schedule
- Work with service managers to insure 100% business process handoff is complete
- Create & manage an excellent safety culture
- Maintain client relationships during project installations to ensure all project scopes are met
- Meeting with clients to ensure successful projects
- Delegate project responsibilities to team members after initial meetings with clients & scopes are agreed upon
- Ensure inventory and financial project changes or discoveries are completed & turned in to appropriate teams
- Follow up with clients after project completion to ensure client satisfaction
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Directly manage employees, projects & installs on the print implementation team. Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and ensure that employee training is taking place; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to pass drug and alcohol screen. Standley Systems has federal contracts that require compliance with the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988, therefore medical marijuana license-holders who test positive for marijuana will not be qualified for the position.
