Position Profile: The Standley Systems Project Coordinator accomplishes project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities. Responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals. This position reports to the Implementation Manager.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Communicates project expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing project contributions; planning and reviewing actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
- Achieves project objectives by contributing information and recommendations to project plans and reviews; preparing and completing project action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; implementing change orders.
- Coordinate the planning and implementation of Imaging Projects
- Facilitate and define the project scope, goals and deliverables
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Work with Implementation Manager, Logistics, and CT Team Lead to assemble and coordinate project staff
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
- Quality assurance
- Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to Implementation Manager
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
- Implement and coordinate project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Project evaluations and assessment of results
- Coordinate internal project recap meetings
- Work with Logistics to schedule installations in a timely manner

Education and Experience
- Qualification in project coordination or equivalent; can be PMI certified.
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project coordination
- Knowledge of project techniques and tools

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard

- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Regular, predictable attendance required
- Travel to other Standley Systems offices and customer sites during normal business hours required
