What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Develop and enhance BI and ETL processes that reflect best practices for operations and error handling
Prepare and update design specifications and operations documentation for BI solutions
Monitor production solutions and perform required manual procedures as necessary
Troubleshoot incidents surrounding supported BI solutions and assist with software installations and testing
Identify improvements to operational processes and lead projects to implement such enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications) :
BS / BA in information or business-related field from an accredited college or university
Two (2) years of experience with design and development of BI solutions and / or administration of BI tools
Proficient with best practices for developing and administering multiple standard BI tools
Over 1 year of experience with SQL in an Oracle and / or SQL Server environment
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot incidents and enhancement requests for reporting and analytical applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
Experience with Python development
Familiarity with Lean concepts including visibility walls and problem-solving techniques
Proven track record of producing high-quality Reporting & Analytics solutions with minimal maintenance
