QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Minimum of 3 years of increasing experience in reporting, consolidation and financial analysis.
- Experience in non-profit industry a plus
- Previous accounting experience preferred
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Position Specific
- Deposit & post cash receipts daily
- Prepare Contract Invoices, which include calculating revenue, verifying client support expenditures, updating revenue tracking reports and auditing other accounting specific backup.
- Reconcile invoice account balances and overpayments related to serves.
- Interact with contractors to reconcile and resolve account balances
- Provide analysis and feedback on contract invoices, rates, and utilization.
- Post entries to the Accounts Receivable Module and prepare General Ledger adjustments
- Substantiate financial transaction by auditing documents
- Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
- Examine accounting records, including documents and other reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to standards defined within the department
- Generate weekly and monthly reports
- Prepare for and support the Financial Audit
- Produce, reconcile, and distribute Month-end reports
- Other AR tasks as assigned

Employment at the Agency is terminable at-will, which means that employment may be
terminated at any time, without cause or reason, by either the employee or the Agency. In

Starting Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00 DOE
Salary : $25 - $30
