What are the responsibilities and job description for the Programmer Analyst Associate position at Stanislaus County Office Of Education?
BASIC FUNCTION:
Under the general direction of the assigned supervisor, The Programmer Analyst Associate will assist with web based systems analysis, design, programming, and maintenance as part of a collaborative development team. This role provides opportunities for skill-building and growth within a framework of established standards, policies, and procedures. The Programmer Analyst Associate will leverage applications to best align County Office of Education resources with its mission and goals.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university in computer-related technology. A minimum of 1 year of employment in a software/web development environment. Experience gained through internships, academic projects, or personal programming initiatives is valued. A combination of education, training, and experience that could provide the desired skills, knowledge and abilities may be considered.
SPECIAL NOTE: If a combination of education and experience is used to satisfy the education/experience requirements, a copy of college-level transcripts must accompany your application.
LICENSE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Employee must arrange their own transportation.
If using own vehicle in the course of employment, must provide proof of insurance.
ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS: The following documents are not required at the time of application but will be required of the selected applicant prior to employment: Department of Justice Fingerprint clearance, Tuberculosis Skin Test clearance & Drug Screen clearance.
Comments and Other InformationBENEFITS: A Benefit Entitlement for health, dental and vision coverage is available for positions that are at least 4 hours per day. The amount of the entitlement is based on the number of hours worked per day.
