The Forward Warehouse Coordinator position resides within our Order Processing department at our Administrative Office. The Order Processing department is responsible for managing customer orders from the moment they are received until the product is shipped to the customer. This includes verifying order details, checking inventory availability, and coordinating with our warehouse serving as the liaison between sales and order fulfillment.
This position will be primarily responsible for :
- Receiving Bill of Ladings from all forward warehouses across US and confirming the inventory in our control system is accurate and available, with a focus on timeliness and accuracy.
- Managing open orders and appointments at our forward warehouses.
- Tracking and reconciling inventory.
- Resolving order discrepancies.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements : Rare lifting, carrying, pushing, and / or pulling; rare stooping, kneeling, crouching, and / or crawling. Generally, the job requires the following percentages of time committed to physical activity : 25% or less, as 75% or more of the time the employee will be in their assigned workspace area. The job is performed under moderate temperature variations and in an office environment. Unrestricted visual and audio abilities are required for the safety of all employees. The ability to lift up to 25 lbs. is required.
