About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Investor Relations Associate to connect investors with a range of high-potential projects. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in capital raising and an existing network of investors to secure funding for various initiatives. This is a results-driven role offering significant earning potential for individuals who can successfully close investment deals.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify, approach, and engage potential investors for various company projects.
Present investment opportunities in a compelling and professional manner, tailoring the pitch to meet the interests of the investors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), venture capital firms, family offices, and institutional investors.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure a thorough understanding of the investment opportunities.
Negotiate terms and close investment deals while ensuring mutual benefits for both the company and investors.
Provide regular updates and feedback to management on the progress of investor outreach activities.
Maintain a comprehensive database of investor contacts and interactions.

Requirements :

Proven experience in investor relations, capital raising, or business development in a related industry.

Established network of investors, including HNWIs, venture capitalists, family offices, or institutional investors.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with investors.

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a success-based compensation model.

Based in Dubai or willing to relocate (visa support not provided).

Preferred Qualifications :

Deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and capital structures.

Experience raising capital for diverse industries, including technology, real estate, energy, or startups.

Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements for investor relations.

Note :

This is a commission-based role with no base salary or fixed benefits. Earnings will be tied directly to the success of closed investment deals.
