Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced copy editor to bring the Stanley brand to life within the customer success organization at Stanley. This role will focus on bringing existing content in alignment with brand tone as well as develop new content as needed. A great candidate will bring authentic appreciation of the Stanley brand and culture along with a passion for creating an exception customer experience that is uniquely Stanley.
This is a hybrid 6-month, hourly contract position located in Seattle.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced copy editor to bring the Stanley brand to life within the customer success organization at Stanley. What You'll Do
- Write compelling branded copy for our customer success organization both external and internal facing content.
- Edits and proofreads all copy before it goes live.
- Develop the brand voice and tone for our Care organization.
- Thrives in a fast-paced work environment and meets tight deadlines.
- Presents creative briefs and finished projects to CS leadership.
- Works on multiple projects at once and excels at project management.
- Collaborates with colleagues from other departments to help them hit their marketing goals.
- Ability to leverage content management software
- Develops strong working relationships.
- Communicates effectively and has strong written and verbal presentation skills.
- Learns quickly and enjoys tackling new projects.
- Works well independently and with a team.
- Knows how to write in a brand’s voice and tone.
- Follows the brand style guide.
- Uses qualitative and quantitative analysis to guide content decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related major is required.
- At least two years of agency or in-house copywriting experience is strongly preferred.
