Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director to lead our global Amazon strategy and execution, with a heavy focus on North America. This pivotal role will be responsible for all aspects of our Amazon business, from product listings to merchandising and marketing to sales performance and account management. This person will ensure brand consistency, optimize performance, and build strong partnerships externally with Amazon as well as internally across the organization.

- Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive global Amazon sales strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Amazon sales experts.
- Sales Performance: Drive sales growth and profitability on Amazon by optimizing product listings, pricing, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Account Management: Build strong relationships with Amazon leadership for long-term, sustainable growth
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats on Amazon.
- Operational Excellence: Implement efficient processes and systems to streamline operations and improve productivity.
- Brand Protection: Monitor and protect our brand reputation on Amazon, addressing any issues related to counterfeit products or negative reviews.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest Amazon marketplace trends and technologies and identify innovative opportunities to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Partner and Collaborate: Cultivate positive connections with regional teams to ensure alignment of the global Amazon strategy.
- Experienced. 10 years of experience in e-commerce, with a strong focus on Amazon sales.
- Leader. 10 years of management experience, across global regions
- Driver. Proven track record of driving significant sales growth on Amazon.
- Expert. Deep understanding of Amazon's tools, and platforms.
- Data Driven. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Communicator. Ability to lead business, communicate across functions, as well as vendors, and influence change.
- Flexible and Forward-thinking. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
