Position Overview
Stanley is looking for a highly skilled and ambitious individual to join our information technology team as an Oracle Finance Implementation Architect. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with finance partners to implement effective business improvements. Your responsibilities will include working with Oracle ERP modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory Costing, Subledger Accounting, and Cash Management. You will also provide exceptional support for the Oracle ERP system and serve as the technical lead for Finance applications, working closely with finance experts to assess system capabilities and implement effective strategies.
What You'll Do
- Own system implementation and technical design for Oracle ERP core Finance modules.
- Lead/drive Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Financials related technical design, development, and support.
- Configure and test Oracle ERP Finance processes: AR, AP, GL, SLA, Cash Management, etc.
- Develop and implement test plans to check infrastructure and systems technical development, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Design and support integrations with other cloud-based finance applications, such as Incentive Compensation and EPM.
- Provide advanced technical applications expertise and design and development guidance to technical developers on integrations/RICE components.
- Develop queries and reports to meet end-user requirements and facilitate analysis, conduct root cause analysis, and address Oracle production challenges.
Who You Are
- Demonstrated Expertise: You have a demonstrated track record of strong expertise in multiple areas and extensive domain knowledge of Oracle finance modules (AR, AP, GL, SLA, etc.), as well as a good understanding of supporting ERP Modules like OM and Purchasing.
- Experience: You have demonstrated process knowledge with other related applications like EPM and Incentive Compensation.
- Effective Communicator: You have experience working with technical and non-technical teams to solve system-related needs.
- Strategic Problem Solver: You possess the skills to convert business needs and architectural concepts into robust, adaptable, and scalable technical designs and solutions.
- Analytical: You possess strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or a closely related field.
- 5 years of demonstrated ability in a technical role implementing and supporting Oracle EBS R12 finance modules, including GL, AP, SLA, Cash Management, etc.
- Data conversion experience from Oracle EBS to Oracle EBS or legacy system to Oracle EBS.
- Designing, mapping, and developing integrations between Oracle EBS and other finance applications.
- Experience with RICEW identification, technical design, development, and leading developers through the development cycle.
- Ability to perform SQL queries and have knowledge of backend table structures.
- Working knowledge of custom objects in Oracle Environment, including forms, reports, workflows, etc.
- Thorough understanding of Finance processes and experience with documenting business requirements, participating in fit-gap analysis, technical development lifecycle, leading testing, and deployment of Oracle Finance solutions.
- Experience with Oracle EPM and Incentive Compensation is a plus.
- Proficient in a range of Oracle EBS R12 implementations, Roll Outs, Post-implementation support with AIM methodologies.
