Position Overview

As the Director of Order Management and Planning, you will play a critical role in leading our OMS and Planning platform. Stanley is seeking an experienced leader that can lead and manage day to day activities on the platform. You will collaborate with senior leadership to drive data-driven decision-making and support our ambitious business growth.

You will play a lead role in managing solutions that enable seamless experience across Order Management and Planning solution supporting both internal and external customers.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development and implementation of the organization's OMS and Planning strategy and roadmap.
• Provide technical leadership, Lead and inspire team/s, providing vision, direction, and mentorship.
• Drive global initiatives that drive profit and customer experience
• Identify and communicate significant business trade-off decisions and align stakeholders to a shared vision
• Drive the selection and deployment of solution and features.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, data security, and regulatory requirements with solutions.
• Ensure resolution of issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure uptime on all systems, develop monitoring toolkit for continuous monitoring, prioritizing, and tracking of issues to meet agreed upon SLAs.
• Develop policies, procedures and technical standards for design, development, SOPs for onboarding/offboarding resources, maintenance etc.,

Education and Experience

• 12 years of technical experience in leading integration initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of order Management process and technical solution.
• In-depth knowledge of both Supply and Demand planning scenarios and technologies.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, …
• Experience with cloud-based platforms and services.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable and high-performance solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on customer service and solution ownership.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  
  

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.

Salary Range

$180,000—$210,000 USD
