The Transformation and Strategy Program Manager is a critical role within Stanley's Transformation Management Office (TMO), responsible for leading and delivering large-scale, complex, and high-impact transformation projects. This program manager brings a deep understanding of business operations, commercial strategy, and communications along with a proven track record of successfully managing large cross-functional teams, navigating global organizational change, and delivering measurable results. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders across various functions, you will identify root causes, implement scalable solutions, and establish operational frameworks to elevate organizational performance. Your ability to drive clarity in the face of ambiguity, break down complex challenges into structure workstreams, and deliver measurable business outcomes will be instrumental to success in this role.
What You'll Do
- Oversee large-scale, multi-year transformation programs that align with company strategy and deliver measurable business value.
- Develop comprehensive program frameworks, including governance structures, communication plans, risk management approaches, and success metrics to ensure effective execution.
- Communicate program status and actionable insights about project risks, issues, and dependencies to multiple levels in the organization while also providing well-informed recommendations to senior leadership about next steps
- Design and implement change management strategies to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and operating models across the organization.
- Utilize data-driven analysis of operational metrics and business processes to identify improvement opportunities, measure program effectiveness, and aid strategic decision-making.
- Proactively identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies, risks, and obstacles, maintaining program momentum while managing competing priorities.
- Foster a culture of operational excellence by establishing best practices, developing repeatable processes, and enabling knowledge transfer across teams.
- Balance multiple high-priority programs and initiatives simultaneously while adapting to changing business needs and emerging opportunities.
Who You Are
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience leading and managing large-scale, complex projects
- Extensive functional knowledge of two or more functions in a consumer goods or adjacent industry: Product Creation & Development, GTM, Commercial Strategy, Marketing, Supply Chain, eCommerce, Operations, Finance, etc.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale transformation initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Experience building rapport and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders and executives; strong executive presentation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong financial acumen including rationalizing business cases, managing cross-functional budgets, and
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and provide clarity in complex, fast-paced environments
- Demonstrate attention to detail while retaining a big-picture perspective.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in a global or multi-national company
