We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Advertising Manager to lead our Amazon advertising strategy. This critical role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive advertising campaigns across Amazon platforms, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive advertising strategy aligned with overall business objectives, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand building initiatives.
- Strategic Direction: Maintain a strong understanding of campaign performance, proactively find opportunities for optimization, and ensuring campaign alignment to overall strategy, including PPC and DSP campaigns.
- Agency Management: Manage the performance of our external advertising agency, ensuring they are implementing campaigns effectively and efficiently, reaching targets, and staying within budget. Provide clear direction and feedback to the agency.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data, identify key trends and insights, and provide regular reports to leadership. Use data to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaigns for maximum return on investment.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with the creative team to brief in advertising asset needs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Provide feedback on creative assets to optimize for performance.
- Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate with Amazon sales team on advertising strategy alignment and joint business planning.
- Budget Management: Own the Amazon advertising budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across campaigns and platforms.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor advertising activities and find opportunities to differentiate our campaigns and gain a competitive position.
- Staying Current: Remain updated on the latest Amazon advertising trends, standard processes, and platform updates.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related experience.
- 7 years of experience, including 5 years of experience in Amazon advertising, with a strong focus on both PPC and DSP.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and performing successful Amazon advertising campaigns that increase sales and brand awareness.
- Deep understanding of Amazon's advertising platforms, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon DSP.
- Experience with Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) is required.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision making
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Strong preference for taking action and achieving results.
