The Finance Manager is directly responsible for the overall operation of the Finance Department. The Finance Manager is directly responsible for building a Team atmosphere that allows the dealership to attain top box Customer Satisfaction and consistent department profitability. Must be able to Desk deals and assist manage and coach Sales Team.

Finance Manager Requirements
- Must have Automotive Retail Sales Management Experience 5 years
- Must have Automotive Retail F&I Experience
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Internet Lead Management
- Strong Coaching and Leadership Skills
- Ability to consistently follow process
- Strong Closing Skills
- Strong Ethics and Values
- Must Pass Background and Drug Screen
- Must have valid drivers license and pass motor vehicle record test
