What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development Representative position at Stanley Chevrolet, INC.?
We are looking for a friendly, energetic and motivated individual for our Business Development team. Ideal candidates must have customer service skills and be able to stay focused on the task at hand. Sales experience is preferred but training is available. Call Center experience is a plus. Ideal candidates include someone willing to learn, great at following directions, and inner drive to be the very best at what they do. Multi-lingual is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct business in various traditional and non-traditional methods, such as email, telephone, text message, & in-person appointments
- Contact our service customers with the goal of setting an appointment to let us appraise their vehicle
- Monitor and contact internet leads from our website, dealer, manufacturer, and third-party sites as needed
- Maintain consistent follow up with our customer accounts ranging from 3 weeks to a year or more old
- Determine each customer's vehicle needs by answering questions and listening
- Set and confirm appointments, follow up for each shown or missed appointment
- Make a minimum of 80 outbound calls per day
