What You’ll Do:
- Lead and Inspire: Oversee the compounding team, guiding them to meet critical safety, quality, and production standards.
- Drive Change: Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance batch cycle times, equipment utilization, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Production, Quality, and Project teams to ensure flawless execution of production schedules, pilots, and trials.
- High-Impact Projects: Contribute to long-term infrastructure planning and capital projects to support business growth.
