💼 The Role
As a Creative Fragrance Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in evaluating, refining, and shaping fragrances to ensure they meet both market trends and client expectations.
🚀 Your Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and refine fragrances for Laundry, Air Care, and Personal Care products.
- Translate client briefs into actionable insights, ensuring alignment with market trends.
- Collaborate with perfumers, R&D, sales, and marketing teams to create winning fragrance solutions.
- Manage multiple fragrance development projects while maintaining quality and creativity.
- Conduct benchmarking, olfactive analysis, and sensory evaluations to guide fragrance selection.
