💼 The Role

As a Perfumer, you’ll be responsible for creating innovative and market-leading fragrances for Laundry and Air Care products. This role is perfect for a hands-on creator who can blend artistic vision with technical expertise.

• Develop fragrance formulations that align with market trends and consumer insights.
• Adapt to an international raw material palette while ensuring fragrance stability.
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and procurement teams to bring new scents to life.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

✔ 3 years of fragrance creation experience in Laundry & Air Care.

✔ Strong ability to translate consumer insights into fragrance compositions.

✔ Ability to work strategically and creatively, whether reacting to client needs or proactively developing new scents.

✔ Experience working across different cultural environments.

✔ A self-starter who thrives in a start-up environment, willing to roll up their sleeves.
