The Role

What We're Looking For
- Educational Background: A BS degree in engineering is essential.
- Experience: You bring a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Project Engineering and Management, with a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional teams. Your expertise includes delivering projects on time and within budget, specifically in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facilities.
- Technical Prowess: Your deep knowledge of pharmaceutical equipment, utility systems, and facilities engineering sets you apart. You’re well-versed in engineering standards and regulatory requirements, including Building Codes, Factory Mutual, Environmental, GMP/GLP, OSHA, and ADA.
- Quality and Compliance: A solid grasp of Quality Systems and cGMPs is crucial to success in this role.
