As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for achieving financial, schedule, and client relationship objectives on assigned projects. You’ll provide leadership in planning, organizing, and executing all engineering functions specific to each project, ensuring goals are aligned with corporate objectives. You’ll serve as a key liaison between project teams and clients, managing resources and guiding teams toward successful outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead projects of all sizes, with full accountability for scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
- Develop and manage project budgets, attending pre-bid meetings, and contributing to proposal preparation.
- Maintain positive client relationships, facilitating effective communication and promoting project alignment with client goals.
- Identify project risks, coordinating with senior management to develop mitigation strategies.
- Oversee project scope control, change management, and effective delegation to project teams.
- Coordinate with discipline leads to determine project requirements and establish schedules.
- Maintain thorough project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and the Project Execution Plan.
- Prepare monthly financial and schedule reports for internal and client review.
- Lead and enhance team communication, managing sub-consultants and facilitating project collaboration.
- Mentor less experienced Project Managers and Engineers, fostering professional growth within the team.
- Proactively seek process improvement opportunities in project management techniques and methodologies.

**Compensation**
The salary range for this position is $175,000 - $265,000, based on experience, education, and skills.
