πΌ The Role: Site Head
As the Site Head, you will lead site operations, ensuring best-in-class performance across manufacturing, supply chain, customer service, and continuous improvement. You will build and develop strong teams, implement lean manufacturing strategies, and drive operational excellence while supporting new product introductions and business expansion.
π Key Responsibilities:
β Oversee site operations including manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, finance, and quality.
β Drive continuous improvement (CI) and lean manufacturing initiatives to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
β Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to ensure seamless New Product Introduction (NPI) and support business growth.
β Enhance customer service performance while balancing cost controls.
β Lead succession planning and team development, ensuring a strong talent pipeline for leadership roles.
β Execute on aggressive growth plans while maintaining high operational standards.
β Foster a strong team culture, driving engagement, accountability, and high performance.
π― What Weβre Looking For:
β 10 years of leadership experience in medium-to-high volume, low-to-medium cost manufacturing.
β Strong background in CPG, Food & Beverage, Personal Care, FMCG, Cosmetics Manufacturing, or similar industries.
β Experience working in a PE-backed or fast-growth environment, understanding financial targets and EBITDA management.
β A strategic thinker with strong experience in forecasting, demand planning, and supply chain management.
β A proven team builder with the ability to create a high-performance culture.
β Hands-on leadership style - someone who drives change, embraces challenges, and leads from the front.
β Ability to work cross-functionally with Commercial, Sales, and Marketing teams to support business expansion.
