Position: Oracle Automation Lead (Fulltime)

Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite from Day 1)

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Oracle Automation Lead with strong expertise in automation testing using TOSCA, hands-on framework development, and a solid background in Oracle ERP implementations.

The role demands technical leadership, architectural design, and strategic contributions across automation, application modernization, and cloud transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead automation testing initiatives using TOSCA, including framework design, test planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Collaborate across Agile teams; use tools like qTest and JIRA for test and project management.
  • Architect scalable and reliable application solutions aligned with enterprise strategy and client requirements.
  • Provide architectural leadership for RFP responses, solution design, and application modernization efforts.
  • Drive cloud transformation (migration and modernization) initiatives, including deployment architecture and system integration.
  • Guide development teams on best practices, reusable patterns, and platform standardization for reduced maintenance and increased agility.
  • Contribute to IP creation, automation strategies, DevOps adoption, and API-based integration models.
  • Ensure compliance, security, and performance through regular reviews, risk assessments, and system optimization.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with TOSCA automation and Oracle ERP automation.
  • Proven experience in test strategy, execution, and agile methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of application architecture, microservices, and SOA.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, integration patterns, and modern tech stacks (e.g., APIs, DevOps, IoT, ML).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
