What are the responsibilities and job description for the PEGA Tech Lead (Certified LSA) position at Stanley David and Associates?
Role :: PEGA Tech Lead (Certified LSA)
Location :: Irving, Dallas, TX
Type :: Fulltime
Mandatory : LSA Part1 and architecture completion ( Certified LSA).
MUST HAVE-
- At least 12 years of IT and 10-12 years Pega PRPC experience with in-depth hands-on experience in Pega 7.x/8.x
- Should be Pega Certified Lead System Architect in Pega V8.x or above
- At least 8 years of experience in banking domain with minimum of 3 years’ experience in AML/KYC.
- Must have experience in industry standard project delivery frameworks including Agile, Waterfall and Scrum with familiarity to JIRA.
NICE TO HAVE-
- Experience in all phases of software development lifecycle including analysis, design, implementation, testing and deployment.
- Experience working collaboratively with developers located near shore as well as offshore on a daily basis.
- Ability to create reusable components that can be leveraged across the enterprise.
- Implement best practices in PEGA architecture / design / coding with regular code reviews.
- Exposure to Pega BIX, Survey, Robotics Automation would be an added advantage.
- Nice to have PCBA and PCDC certification.
