Position : ServiceNow Solution Architect (Fulltime)
Location : Columbia, MD (Onsite)
Job Description
- Desired candidate will serve as ServiceNow Architect, who will help us support the following activities:
- 15 years IT industry experience and 5 years of relevant experience from specified domain
- Responsible for the overall architecture, design, implementation and integrity of the ServiceNow application within the enterprise
- Lead and deliver requirements, scoping and design workshops, ensuring requirements are well documented
- Provide expert level support and technical mentoring to implementation team
- Maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow s capabilities and constraints.
- Recognize and develop opportunities to leverage ServiceNow as a platform.
- Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept / Proof of Value engagements with prospects
- 10 years IT industry experience and 5 years of relevant experience from specified domain
- Knowledge of ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, BCM applications & integrations, Platform performance and monitoring, Platform upgrades
- Experience of working within a large enterprise on implementation initiatives
- Sound Technical knowledge of ServiceNow platform
- Relevant ServiceNow certification eg. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- Glide Scripting & Javascript programming experience
- Good communication Skills
- Web Services, HTML, CSS, XHTML, Workflow and UI development and Service Portal Concepts
- ITIL certification
- Working experience in Agile model
- Prior experience of working for US and UK based customers
- Professional commitment to high quality, and a passion for learning new skills.
- Detail-oriented individual with good analytical skills.
- Strong problem solving skills, including providing simple solutions to complex situations.
- Must be a strong team player with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a geographically disperse working environment
- Good Communication skills to handle major incident calls and releases.
- Should be good with analytics and presentations
