Job Description
This is an operational role responsible for managing day to day supply chains operation for customer-based orders. This is an operational role that may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcome. Responsibilities Monitoring supply chain inventory and records Coordinating with user function for material consumption and escalation in case of non consumption within stipulated time Close co-ordination and follow up with vendors after PO issuance till delivery at warehouse/site as per timeline. Delivery governance to be maintained with vendors for timely & real time updates. Tracking in transit material till delivery at warehouse site Escalation management for delayed deliveries Co-ordination with internal stakeholders during material planning, engaging with cross functional teams for issue resolution related to site delivery confirmation & reception issues. Maintain weekly MIS for stakeholder giving status of their requirements. Maintain monthly reports to measure performance & KPIs. Maintain routine inventories of the warehouse facility. Manages warehouse and inventory, using database systems, maintains a clean, safe and organized warehouse. Take ownership of the worldwide database inventory systemFarmers wife. Manage shipping and receiving of equipment on a daily basis in and out of the Pittsburgh location. Preparing all outbound shipments, including preparation of equipment in a timely manner. Monitors and receives materials, ensures materials are inspected and placed in inventory, ensures reports are accurately kept and received. Preparing international shipping including carnets and commercial invoices.
