Responsibilities:
- Prioritize customer service
- Manage appointments, check-in/check-out processes
- Data entry and record updates
- Handle insurance payments and information
- Assume leadership roles as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Dental experience required
- Dentrix knowledge is a plus
-Dental Insurance experience is a plus
- Ability to work M-TH
- Stable work history with strong customer service background
- BS or BA degree or equivalent work experience
- Computer-friendly and software-savvy
- Strong multitasker with initiative
