Position Overview
As Senior Director, Strategy & Project Management you will originate, lead & drive the delivery of large cross-functional strategic initiatives at an enterprise level within the Brand Division at Stanley 1913. In this newly created role, you and your team will define the Enterprise Project Management operating model to support the strategic priorities & initiatives of the brand and business. You will be responsible for the strategic agenda of the Brand Division & drive key initiatives forward; including defining the timelines, developing, and managing project plans, delivering key areas of work, and working with the team to see progress and unblock challenges along the way. This position will also partner with senior leadership across the organization to achieve Stanley 1913’s enterprise strategic priorities.
What You'll Do
- Lead and drive the strategic agenda of initiatives that enable Stanley 1913’s long-term and annual Brand Division’s strategic priorities.
- Oversee the selection, initiation & prioritization of enterprise projects on the strategic agenda.
- Develop governance philosophy, including structure & cadence, workplan approach & program tracking.
- Drive & develop standardized project management reporting across the strategic agenda initiatives.
- Develop comprehensive stakeholder engagement plans & interaction models and ensuring the right people are in the right conversations.
- Develop content and prep for key project meetings, status meetings, weekly working sessions, Steering Groups etc.
- Work cross-functionally to identify risks, create proactive solutions and report to senior leaders.
- Collaborate across functions & partner with Finance to drive the annual planning process ensuring appropriate assessment of projects & resources.
- Lead the development and ongoing management of tools, processes & governance to execute against strategic and business plans, establishing scorecard metrics to monitor and communicate performance to the plan.
- Develop high impact presentations and communication tools to communicate the strategic agenda across the organization.

Education and Experience
The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
Salary Range
200,000 - $230,000 USD
