QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIRED SKILLS
- 3 years, minimum, experience working in the plumbing, heating, and sprinkler industry
- Experience and knowledge of all types of plumbing, gas service, and repair/jobbing work
- You MUST be proficient at pipe cutting and threading
- Experience with New York City Plumbing code for High-End plumbing alteration work
- Experience with New York City Sprinkler code for new construction, repairs to existing systems, and FDNY Hydrostatic & Flow testing
- Highly qualified in all phases of roughing and finish plumbing work a must
- Experience installing packaged and sectional gas fired steam and hot water boilers
- Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and servicing gas boilers is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Swift and accurate execution of all tasks
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Clean/Valid Driver’s License. Not currently suspended or revoked. Low/no points.
